TWO DAYS MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NATIONAL SEMINAR ORGANIZED BY RISHIRAJ COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, INDORE AND RISHIRAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, INDORE ON APRIL 26 & 27, 2014

Two days multi-disciplinary national seminar  was successfully organized by Rishiraj Institute of Technology, Indore and Rishiraj College of Pharmacy, Indore on April 26 & 27, 2014 under the  guidance of Shri Suprabhat Chouksy, the Managing Director. The national Seminar on “Recent Innovation and Development in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology” Sponsored by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi and Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India M.P. State Branch was held at Rishiraj College of Pharmacy, Sanwer Road, Indore on 27th April, 2014. The national seminar of Mehanical engineering and applied sciences was held at Rishiraj Institute of Technology, Sanwer Road, Indore on 27th April, 2014. The opening ceremony was graced by the benign presence of Shri Suresh Chouksey, Chairman, Sri H.C. Saini, Dean, LNCT Group of College, Dr.Vivek Dubey, Principal R.I.T, Dr.R. K. Neema, Principal RCP, Indore,Shri P.K. Benargee Advisor RIT, Shri A.M. Dave Registrar RIT/RCP. The function started by welcoming the dignitaries. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Dr. R.K. Maheshwari Professor SGSITS Indore and Shri Vivekanand K. Chatap and Mr. Ashim Datta Gupta were the guest of honour. Their inspiring and motivating speeches enlightened the large gathering of scholars from far and near. Shri Surech Chouksey Sir, Chairman, RIT, Indore also delivered a great Speech by mentioning the importance of  seminar in technical colleges and he also spoke that such kind of group activities are helpful for a person to enhance his knowledge and skills and explore our potential. Dr. R. K.Nema, Principal, RCP delivered fine speech by saying that such kind of function can help the person to broad his vision by meeting different kinds of people.

This national multi conference was held for Mechnical Engineering based on the theme of “Emerging Developments in Mechanical Engineering” and  fro Applied Sciences on the theme “Recent Trends in Applied Sciences and Communication Skills” on the second  day of the conference. The keynote speakers invited for imparting their precious knowledge and sharing their experiences were Dr. Milind Vaidya and Mr. Ashim Datta Gupta for Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Deepa Vanjani for Communication Skills, Dr. Navita Khosla for Engineering Chemistry, Dr. Swati Dubey for Engineering Physics. Dr. Deepa Vanjani,the keynote speaker of Communication Skills laid stress on the importance of effective communication skill citing examples from the greatest scripture 'Bhagvad Geeta' and also mentioned the vitality of articulation while communicating.  

The authorities have informed that more than two hundred research papers are presented and around 400 delegates were attended this seminar.Dr. R.K. Nema Principal RCP. Dr. R.K.Nema, Principal, Rishiraj College Of Pharmacy informed media that, about 5 Delegates  displayed their research activities on their scientific areas like Drug Discovery and Development, Novel Drug Delivery Systems, Nanotechnology, Phytochemistry, Biotechnology etc. Eminent Researchers, Professors and Industrial Personalities shared their experience in Pharmaceutical Education and Research with students, research scholars and teaching staff.  Key note speakers in seminar of Pharmacy were Dr. H.S.Gour University, Sagar, Dr. R.K. Maheshwari, and Mr. Vivekanad K. Chatap, President APTI M.P. State Branch. These expert delivered their lecture on “Recent Innovation and Development in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology” lecture were followed by Oral and poster presentation competition. In valedictory Mr.Suprabhat Chouksey, Managing Director LNCT Group Indore awarded prizes to the various student for best oral presentation and paper presentation Vote of thanks was conveyed by Mr. P K Banerjee  advisor RIT/RCP.
