Er. Mrigendra Singh has more than 4 years of teaching experience His area of specialization is Machine drawing, Machine design, CAD/CAM/CAE, Mechanical vibration and Rapid prototyping. He has published four research papers/articles in various national and international journals and conferences. He has also supervised 4 M.Tech. Theses as a supervisor, recently he is felicitated by SRIJAN Award (2018).

About Automobile Engineering
Mechanical & Automobile engineering Department is a part of LNCT Indore and it plays key role in the success of LNCT Group. Objective of Mechanical Engineering Department is to prepare engineering students to face challenges of the competitive world and to educate the nation’s future leaders in the art of Mechanical Engineering. Further the department seeks the frontiers of engineering to encourage technological innovation while fostering academic excellence and scholarly learning in a collegial environment.
The Department offers 120 seats in mechanical branch & 60 in Automobile engineering branch for B.Tech and 18 seats in M.Tech. (Thermal Engineering).The Department is headed by Prof. Mrigendra Singh with well qualified, experienced, hard working and sincere faculties. To meet the above mentioned objectives, department has been equipped with well advanced laboratories with modern technologies, For the PG students we have advanced RAC, HMT and IC Engine lab. For the research activities more emphasis is given on practical knowledge so the students can turn up in accordance with the industrial requirements.
Our students have been regularly participating in BAJA SAE Event past 10 years. Last year our team won “pride of Indore award”
Our students have been constantly placed in India’s top most industries like Eicher Motors Ltd., Cummins Technology India Ltd., and Endurance Technologies, Eleation, Mahindra & Mahindra, Schindler Group etc.
In order to ensure high standards of education for the students, the department has been constantly upgraded itself by adding new technology like digital classes and e- learning resources , lectures of IIT professors ,through organizing Faculty Development Programs and conferences etc.
Achievements: Students of Mechanical Engineering Department have achieved distinguished performance in exams conducted by RGPV. 100% result of 7th semester B.E. students. Many students have succeeded in national level competitive exams like GATE. Faculty members have made significant contribution in research knowledge by publishing research articles in International/National Journals/Conferences. Various industrial visits are organized for the students for enhancing their practical knowledge and skill and provide Industrial exposure. The department also facilitates different co curricular activities like seminar, events, guest lectures for faculty and staff development and personality development of students. The students regularly participate in indoor and outdoor games under guidance of qualified instructor.
Infrastructure: Department runs various laboratories which are well stocked with state-of-the-art technical equipment and apparatus.
